Walkthrough[]
After completing "For King and Glory," head to The King's Cornerclub in Orsinium and speak with King Kurog there. He will ask you to help convince the clan chiefs of his vision for a united Orsimer people. While you are talking, you will be interrupted by Shield-Wife Oshgana, Shield-Wife Razbela and Forge-Mother Alga, who will inform you and Kurog that the temple of Trinimac has been attacked by Malacath worshipers. Speak with Alga and she will ask you to head into the temple to free the hostages.
Head to the temple, which is in the northwest of Orsinium. In front of the barricaded gates, you will find a soldier named Captain Zugnor; speak with him and tell him you want to help. He will not trust your skills, but you can intimidate him into letting you help. Alternatively, if you have previously completed "God of Schemes," you can brag that you have defeated Molag Bal. If you either of these things, he will tell you of a back door near the Mages Guild. If you do not intimidate or brag about defeating Molag Bal, [?].
Before you head to the back door, you can speak with Eveli Sharp-Arrow, who is behind the crowd. She will tell you that she finds the two orcs behind her suspicious, and she wants to fire an arrow at them to spook them so they'll lead you back to their lair. Either way, head to the back door. You will find a man named Priest Rooghub outside; he will tell you that the fanatics are acting in Chief Bazrag's name, and he will give you the key to the temple. Once inside, make your way through the temple's hallways, but make sure to avoid or kill all the torch bearers; if one of them notices you and escapes, they will kill the hostages. Once you reach the big room, head to the northwest to confront the leader of the fanatics, Grand Fanatic Shurkol. Kill him, then take the key to the rectory from the box on his desk.
The hostages are being kept in the rectory, to the south of the big room. Once inside, you will have to kill some fanatics before you can free the priests. Speak with Priest Uugus afterward and he will tell you that High Priestess Solgra and some others are further in the back; he will open the door for you. When you reach Solgra, you will find that she has been wounded in a confrontation with a fanatic. Kill the fanatic boss and speak with Solgra. She will tell you that these attackers did not seem particularly religious to her, but she will confirm that they claimed to be sent by Bazrag. She will send you to forge-mother Alga to inform her of what has happened. She will be in the temple's main room by now, with the king's soldiers.
Speak with Alga to finish the quest.
